Content Design

Visual clarity meets learner-centered design.

Content Design at Kairos Learning Design bridges the gap between words and experience. I take your written content — lessons, activities, scripts, and more — and design it for digital or print delivery that’s intuitive, engaging, and inclusive. Whether you’re building a course, a guide, or a resource library, I make sure that your materials don’t just inform — they work.

Visual Layout

I arrange content to guide the learner’s eye, emphasizing key ideas and creating a natural flow from one section to the next. Through thoughtful use of size, placement, and spacing, I help learners focus on what matters most and move through materials with ease.

  • Organize content for readability and flow

  • Use headings, spacing, and structure to support learning

  • Apply consistent design systems across modules and materials

Incident Report Training Slide Design

This presentation was designed in Canva to train property staff on how to complete incident reports clearly, accurately, and efficiently. The deck includes step-by-step visuals, real-world examples, and interactive discussion prompts to support learning and retention. Key sections cover when and why to file a report, how to choose the correct incident type, and what information to include. The visual design reinforces clarity and professionalism, while the pacing supports both in-person facilitation and self-guided review. This training helps ensure consistent documentation and better communication across teams.Click the image to review the slide presentation.

Participant Guide

I designed the Gables Participant Guide to support an interactive, learner-centered sales training for a real estate management company. The guide blends structured learning outcomes with reflective prompts, group activities, and role-play scenarios to help new associates internalize Gables’ sales philosophy and apply it in real-world conversations. My contributions focused on creating clear instructional flow, aligning content with learning objectives, and formatting the guide for both in-session engagement and post-training reference. The final product supports multiple learning styles and reinforces behavior change beyond the training room.

Interactive Video Lecture

For this project, I collaborated with a high school teacher to redesign an instructional lecture on exploratory research for a public speaking course. The client provided the original content, and I transformed it into an engaging, student-centered module. I revised the script for clarity and flow, designed visually consistent and accessible slides, wrote and synced text-to-speech narration, and embedded interactive elements such as reflection prompts and writing activities. The final product guides students through brainstorming subject areas, conducting preliminary and exploratory research, and selecting a meaningful speech topic—all while modeling strong research and note-taking habits.

Before and After

These before-and-after examples showcase my approach to transforming slide decks into clear, engaging, and visually cohesive presentations. Each redesign improves readability, enhances visual hierarchy, and aligns with the intended message and audience—whether for internal training, client-facing materials, or classroom instruction.
